Ask several people to review a page at once. A reviewer can turn down one change in a draft and keep the rest, and approve and publish in one step. Suggestions can be sent with a note to explain them.
You can also check a page would publish cleanly without publishing it, see whether an address is free as you type it, throw a draft away to go back to what is live, and duplicate a page.
